Igual as imagens, porém achei que tinha como regular a corda que amarra, só que não, ela vem costurada e é bem simples o material dela. Acho que um tamanho menor ficava melhor, mas posso usar esse colando uma fita pra não pagar peitenhos kkkkk ameeei tenho 1,73 e peso 64 kg
